Marleen van Wijk – Based in the the Netherlands. Founder and Managing Director of eCXperience, Marleen actively contributes as a CX consultant to making organizations more customer-centric. She distinguishes herself through years of experience in CX and is among the first ten Dutch professionals certified with CCXP (since 2018). Previously, she worked with companies like Canon Europe, PostNL, Ipsos, and KPN. Change management initiatives are her forte. Marleen is passionate about inspiring others, initiating CX programs, and delivering tangible results. Known for her sharp intuition, awareness of political dynamics, and surroundings, she balances her CX passion with family time and cherishes moments with her loved ones. She also enjoys traveling, being outdoors and in nature, dining out, walking her dog Flo, and sports activities.
Paula Frese – Based in the Netherlands. CX consultant at eCXperience since 2021. Paula has over 10 years of experience in measuring and improving customer experience for dozens of clients both domestically and internationally, including Action, Albert Heijn, ALDI, BMW, Etos, Gamma, Kruidvat, La Place, Mercedes-Benz, Opel, Peugeot, and PizzaExpress. She is an experienced project leader and strategic partner in customer experience and change management, with a hands-on approach. Paula quickly understands organizational structures and provides practical tools to navigate complex environments. Guiding and coaching organizations in data-driven customer-centric approaches energizes her. Outside of work, she enjoys taking beautiful walks with her dog Kyra and partner Björn. She also pursued a study in interior styling and spends her free time practicing on her own home or that of friends. Paula is also fond of good food, wine, and craft beers, and balances this with regular sports activities. Here's to the good life!
Cynthia Mezach - Based in the Netherlands. Cynthia is a passionate professional specialized in employee experience, marketing, and communication. She has a strong and sustainable network in the financial, chemical, and IT sectors, with experience at institutions such as ING, MN Services, Avantium, NN Investment Partners, and Van Lanschot Kempen. Cynthia has a proven track record of bringing a strategy to life within an organization, driven by her strong belief that putting people at the center can make a company more customer-centric and successful. Her passion for sparking movement among employees through creative initiatives and interventions is contagious, fostering consensus and commitment.

Quirine Droogleever - Based in the Netherlands. Works as a Junior CX Consultant at eCXperience. She graduated from the Hotel Management School Maastricht and has gained work and living experience in cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Curaçao. She has previously worked for renowned companies such as Marriott International, Emirates First Group, and KLM. Driven by a strong passion for customer experience, analyzing generational choices and behaviors, and promoting sustainable business strategies, she aims to deliver tangible results for companies. In her free time, Quirine is a loyal supporter at Galgenwaard, where she attends FC Utrecht matches. She also enjoys traveling, savoring a good glass of wine and a piece of cheese on a terrace, and finds relaxation in an energizing workout at the gym.
